To help convene, facilitate and keep some continuity from the first event in South Africa.
In particular: Education-out-of-the-Box, localisation of e-learning packages, collaboration tools (for collaborative learning etc.).

My background is varied, and in recent years I have been involved in FLOSS advocacy and working on creative ways of getting FLOSS skills out there.
